We are happy to do just about anything you require on your wedding day – whether it be supervise your ceremony and reception from start to finish making sure everything is going to plan and on time, to helping out with tricky details such as moving flowers from your church to your reception, making sure your flowers and table settings are setup correctly, or holding an umbrella over your head in rainy weather!
Our team of wedding coordinators are experienced in a variety of weddings – from beach or backyard DIY receptions, to marquee and restaurant weddings, big or small. We are based in Sydney but are happy to send our Angels to brides anywhere that is required – intrastate, interstate and overseas.

We had our wedding invites done with Event Angels, and they turned out fantastic! The idea we had was translated and brought to life so quickly and the artwork was excellently done, all printing out just lovely too. We had a perfectly organised and stress free wedding day thanks to Event Angels. Our wedding was in the Hunter Valley, NSW and being from Sydney there was no easy way to make arrangements remotely with limited face to face contact with suppliers. The week leading up to our wedding, Renee from Event Angels was on hand to help us with the last minute bits and pieces. Renee made sure that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do. On the day of our wedding, Renee went above and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect. Renee was professional, friendly and excellent to deal with, checking in throughout the wedding and ensuring that everything was running according to plan. Deciding to have our ceremony and reception at a venue that was very basic meant that all of the decorating, food, vendors, equipment etc needed to be brought in from outside or DIY’d. Renee was in contact with us the whole time during the planning process offering help and advice and went above and beyond our expectations. The styling she did for us on the day setting up our ceremony and outdoor areas was outstanding and it was obvious that she had put a lot of effort into understanding the vision we had for the day! Having Event Angels there to coordinate our amazing day was the best decision we ever made!
