Event Angels specialise in on-the-day coordination for weddings of all sizes throughout Sydney, the Hunter Valley and the Southern Highlands.

We provide wedding coordination and styling services to couples to ensure you still enjoy the excitement of planning your wedding, but on the day you can relax a knowing a professional is making sure everything runs smoothly. Our packages include:

A full briefing with you to understand every aspect of your wedding day and your specific requirements
Recommendations for vendors such as florists, decorators, celebrants, caterers etc. where required
Contacting all vendors 24-48 hours prior to your wedding day to confirm all details
Creation and distribution of event order/run sheets, vendor contact lists and bridal party contact lists
Provide support for you and your vendors to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly
Provide unlimited phone and email contact with you from the time of booking, right up to the day of your wedding
Setup and styling of your wedding ceremony and/or reception, to create your dream vision for your day
Attendance at your wedding ceremony and/or wedding reception to ensure everything runs smoothly

Our Angels give you peace of mind that everything on your wedding day will be look after and taken care of. We are happy to do just about anything you require on your wedding day – whether it be supervise your ceremony and reception from start to finish making sure everything is going to plan and on time, to helping out with tricky details such as moving flowers from your church to your reception, making sure your flowers and table settings are setup correctly, or holding an umbrella over your head in rainy weather!

Our team of wedding coordinators are experienced in a variety of weddings – from beach or backyard DIY receptions, to marquee and restaurant weddings, big or small. We are based in Sydney but are happy to send our Angels to brides anywhere that is required – intrastate, interstate and overseas.
