Event Angels provides wedding coordination and planning services for couples all over Sydney, the Hunter Valley and Southern Highlands. Our Event Managers specialise in on-the-day ceremony and reception coordination so you can relax and have complete confidence that a professional is looking after every detail. We have a passion for creating outstanding events and know that no two events are the same – or certainly shouldn’t be!
We are experienced in a variety of weddings including casual beachside ceremonies, lunch or dinner weddings at function centres or restaurants, as well as extravagant marquee receptions, and same-sex couples are absolutely welcome.
Our Angels are there to make sure that everything runs smoothly and that any problems that may arise are resolved quickly and quietly – allowing you to enjoy your day knowing a professional is there to take care of everything behind the scenes (and in front!).
We can also design and produce a variety of beautiful stationery, personalised to your wedding.

With over 15 years in the graphic design field, Event Angels is able to design and print custom designed wedding invitations, save the date cards, menus and place cards, all gorgeously themed to match the style of your wedding!

We had a perfectly organised and stress free wedding day thanks to Event Angels. Our wedding was in the Hunter Valley, NSW and being from Sydney there was no easy way to make arrangements remotely with limited face to face contact with suppliers. The week leading up to our wedding, Renee from Event Angels was on hand to help us with the last minute bits and pieces. Renee made sure that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do. On the day of our wedding, Renee went above and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect. Renee was professional, friendly and excellent to deal with, checking in throughout the wedding and ensuring that everything was running according to plan. Our suppliers all commented how easy it was to deal with Event Angels. For my new husband and myself, Renee was definitely our “Event Angel”.
Deciding to have our ceremony and reception at a venue that was very basic meant that all of the decorating, food, vendors, equipment etc needed to be brought in from outside or DIY’d. Renee was in contact with us the whole time during the planning process offering help and advice and went above and beyond our expectations. The styling she did for us on the day setting up our ceremony and outdoor areas was outstanding and it was obvious that she had put a lot of effort into understanding the vision we had for the day! Having Event Angels there to coordinate our amazing day was the best decision we ever made!
